Adrian is a customer consultant in the education sector. As a father of two, he knows exactly where the shoe pinches for daycare and after-school care providers. He has experienced the staff shortage himself through reduced opening hours at his children's daycare center. He uses this experience to enthusiastically find suitable employers for our childcare workers from abroad.
Adrian originally trained as a carpenter. After his time with routers and planers, he first worked in furniture sales and later in the sale of drilling and sanding machines.
His daughter says: "Dad is good at reading stories".
