As a talent manager, he looks after candidates who have been accepted into the TalentOrange program. As their mentor and contact person, he supports our talents on their way to Germany and organizes everything that is necessary for a successful immigration - from the formalities surrounding professional recognition and work permits, to the organization of entry and accommodation, to the official steps for a successful settlement in Germany. Alán mainly takes care of talents from Brazil, who appreciate him for his impartiality, his empathy and his funny, relaxed manner. He also acts as an intermediary between talents, authorities and clients.
Alán initially completed a bachelor's degree in law. After this first degree, he worked as a court clerk and sworn translator at the court and as a lecturer for corporate law in Durango, Mexico. He moved to Lüneburg for his master's degree in political science. To do so, he had to pass the TestDaF-C1, which he passed with flying colors on his first attempt. During his Master's degree, he completed an internship at the EU-Latin America-Caribbean Foundation (EU-LAK Foundation) in Hamburg.
Music! Alán plays guitar, piano, bass, ukulele, sings and has also composed a few songs himself.
