Born in Colombia, she mainly looks after talents from her home country, who appreciate her constant willingness to help, her cheerful energy and her pragmatic hands-on mentality. Karen lives interculturality and wants her work to contribute to better understanding between cultures.
After completing her Bachelor's degree in business administration and two internships in the marketing sector in Colombia, she emigrated to Germany for her Master's degree. She wrote her thesis at Reutlingen Hospital on the development of an intercultural internal communication strategy for German hospitals. During her research, she discovered TalentOrange and decided to apply to us - with success!
